Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches today. Great week, new customers on the books. We served 50 plus sandwiches from 11:00 to 2:00 o’clock today. We are very grateful for our customers and I am very grateful for our team here at Eagle Employer Services!

We are planning ahead for this Friday. We tried to do Cowboy Ribeyes but not until next week. So we will be smoking peppered beef tenderloin. We have doubled the amount for Friday so more of you can enjoy it.
